Shipping Policy
1 · الأتيليه يرسل لك القطعة · The Atelier Sends You the Piece
كل طلب يُرسَل من الأتيليه في الجيزة بعد إتمام صناعته بعناية. الشحن يبدأ بعد انتهاء الإنتاج، وليس بعد الدفع مباشرة.
Every order is shipped from our Giza atelier once the piece is carefully completed. Shipping begins after production ends — not immediately after payment.
2 · ترتيب الطلبات · Order Sequence
كل قطعة في Mohamed Nour Designs تُصنع بعد طلبك ودفعك. لا يوجد مخزون جاهز. الأتيليه ينفّذ الطلبات بأسبقية الحجز — الطلب الأقدم يُنفّذ أولاً.
Each piece at Mohamed Nour Designs is created after your order and payment. There is no ready stock. The atelier executes orders by booking sequence — the earliest order is produced first.
هذا يحفظ عدالة الانتظار، ويضمن أن كل قطعة تحصل على وقتها الكامل في الأتيليه.
This preserves the fairness of the queue, and ensures that each piece receives its full time in the atelier.

4 · مدة الشحن والشركة الناقلة · Shipping Time & Carrier
داخل مصر · Within Egypt
التوصيل عبر JTL Logistics ويختلف حسب المنطقة:

Delivery within Egypt is handled by JTL Logistics and varies by region.
الشحن الدولي · International Shipping
التوصيل عبر DHL Express خلال ثلاثة إلى خمسة أيام عمل من تاريخ الشحن.
International shipping is handled by DHL Express, with delivery within 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.
قد تختلف المدد بسبب التخليص الجمركي أو الإجازات الرسمية أو ظروف خارجة عن الإرادة.
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
5 · تكلفة الشحن · Shipping Cost
تُحسب تكلفة الشحن وفقاً للوجهة ووزن الطلب وطريقة الشحن. تظهر التكلفة بوضوح أثناء إتمام الطلب قبل الدفع.
Shipping cost is calculated based on destination, order weight, and shipping method. The cost is displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

6 · وسائل الدفع · Payment Methods
كل الطلبات تُدفع بالكامل قبل بدء الإنتاج. لا يوجد دفع عند الاستلام، لأن كل قطعة تُصنع خصيصاً لك.
All orders are paid in full before production begins. There is no Cash on Delivery, as each piece is crafted specifically for you.

- InstaPay — Instant transfer via Egyptian banking apps (within Egypt only)
ملاحظة عن InstaPay · A Note on InstaPay
عند الدفع عبر InstaPay، يتم تأكيد التحويل يدوياً من قِبَل الأتيليه خلال ساعة إلى أربع وعشرين ساعة من إتمام الطلب. سيصلك بريد إلكتروني فور تأكيد الدفع، وعندها يُحفظ مكانك في ترتيب الإنتاج.
When paying via InstaPay, the transfer is confirmed manually by the atelier within one to twenty-four hours of order placement. You will receive an email upon confirmation, and your place in the production queue will be reserved at that point.
7 · الجمارك والرسوم · Customs & Duties
عند الشحن الدولي، أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب استيراد محلية تُعدّ مسؤولية العميل وتُدفَع عند الاستلام في بلد الوجهة. Mohamed Nour Designs غير مسؤولة عن التأخير الناتج عن التفتيش الجمركي.
For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are paid upon delivery in the destination country. Mohamed Nour Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection.

8 · معالجة الطلبات · Order Processing
الطلبات الواردة من الأحد إلى الخميس تُعالَج خلال يوم إلى يومي عمل. الطلبات الواردة في عطلة نهاية الأسبوع أو الإجازات الرسمية تبدأ معالجتها في يوم العمل التالي.
Orders placed Sunday through Thursday are typically processed within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next working day.
9 · تتبع الشحنة · Tracking
بمجرد شحن طلبك، ستصلك رسالة إلكترونية تحتوي على رابط التتبع، يمكنك من خلاله متابعة الشحنة حتى وصولها.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your piece until it arrives.
10 · دقة العنوان · Address Accuracy
نشحن إلى معظم دول العالم. يُرجى التأكد من دقة العنوان وكماله قبل إتمام الطلب — التعديل بعد الشحن قد لا يكون ممكناً.
We ship to most destinations worldwide. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate before placing your order — changes after shipping may not be possible.
11 · الإلغاء والتعديل · Cancellation & Changes
لإلغاء طلب أو تعديله، يُرجى التواصل مع الأتيليه فوراً. لا يمكن ضمان التعديل بعد بدء الإنتاج أو بعد شحن الطلب.
To cancel or modify an order, please contact the atelier immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun or the order has shipped.
12 · الطرود المفقودة أو غير المستلَمة · Lost or Undelivered Packages
في الحالات النادرة لفقدان شحنة أو عدم تسليمها، يُرجى التواصل مع الأتيليه خلال سبعة أيام من تاريخ التسليم المتوقع. سنتولى التحقيق ومتابعة الشحنة معك.
In the rare case of a lost or undelivered package, please contact the atelier within seven days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
